Baseball fans have no shortage of attractions to frequent just outside of Limerick. To the northeast is Louisville Slugger Field, the home of the Louisville Bats. To the northwest, the iconic baseball equipment manufacturer’s name can be found again, this time on the Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory and the world’s largest baseball bat, standing outside the museum at 120 feet tall. On tours, fans can walk through the brand’s history in the sport and rotating exhibits, see a signature wall showcasing some of the best to ever swing a Louisville Slugger and take part in interactive features, including the “bat vault” and actual batting cages.
