A South Florida house across the Intracoastal Waterway from President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach sold last month for $10.75 million, more than triple the price it sold for in 2020.
Gary Osier bought the 5,000-square-foot home and guest cottage on South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach, according to public records.
He reached a side deal with the sellers, Douglas Elliman agent Samantha Curry and husband John Michael Collins, to pay an extra $750,000 for furnishings, Curry said in an email. The sellers bought the home for nearly $3.3 million in 2020, records show.
Osier is founder of Gary Osier Presents, an entertainment booking agency that counts the Beach Boys and comedian Jerry Seinfeld as clients, according to a report. Osier did not respond to an email for comment.
The five-bedroom home is in an emerging corridor south of Southern Boulevard known as SoSo. The sale achieved one of the highest per-square-foot prices in the neighborhood, said Curry, who represented both sides of the deal.

"This sale is a testament to the continued demand for turnkey, designer homes in SoSo, which has quickly become one of the most desirable neighborhoods in West Palm Beach," Curry said. "The premium achieved here is a strong indicator of how much the area has appreciated, with buyers prioritizing move-in-ready waterfront properties."
The property with 100 feet of waterfront also overlooks a famed stretch of Palm Beach mansions called Billionaires' Row. Its proximity to Trump's estate guarantees security, according to Curry. Secret Service agents showed up as a photographer was taking drone images of the Flagler Drive property for the listing, she told Homes.com in January.
Curry said she and Collins spent $2.5 million since 2021 renovating the home. They redid the flooring, kitchen and bathrooms, and built a waterfront bar and lounge in part of the living room space. They listed the house for sale at $13.95 million.
The property, built in 2003, features a putting green, an elevator, a heated saltwater pool, a custom-designed wine wall, a cabana and a gated driveway, according to the listing. It also is one of the few homes in the surrounding area to have a private dock and boat lift, Curry said.
