I didn’t go in to the process of buying an apartment planning to work with a specific agent, and because I am very self-directed and hands-on by nature, I did the bulk of the search process on my own. After seeing several dozen places and narrowing things down, I did want to connect with an agent, and asked Debby to work with me. Among the agents that I had met at the open houses that I attended, I liked Debby the best. She listened to what my concerns were, and was concerned that I would be satisfied rather than telling what I might want to hear. I asked her to come to a few open houses with me, seeing places that I had deep interest in, bouncing questions off her and asking her to raise concerns and benefits as we went. While those conversations were really helpful, she always gave me the space I needed to be comfortable with my choice. As a first time buyer, I needed hand-holding and confidence. Debby and the team at her office were very helpful in that. She made herself very available to me throughout the process. I never felt pressured, but when the time came to move we moved quickly and made it happen. I had lots and lots of questions and she was always very helpful in getting me through my points of confusion. I never felt like I was being hustled by Debby, which was really important to me. I feel fortunate to have had Debby representing me in my purchase and recommend her services.

Debby Klein is the ultimate real estate professional. She has searched for the best tenants for my flat in Yorkville. I have been using her services for over a decade now and I was never disappointed. It doesn’t take too long to find a great tenant. Hats off to her RE expertise.

We LOVED working with Debby. We did the unthinkable and tried to move when the interest rates were going bonkers and even worse were selling one co-oop and moving to another. She navigated the process for us so well and we only ended up holding both properties for 15 days I think!
She was smart enough to get our listing up before anyone else in our building listed using temporary photos, as she knew that with the moving rates time was essential. (both sets of photos were lovely anyway)
She knows the market well and we would use her again. My mother also bought through her which is how we know her and she also had a great experience.
