I was recommended to work with Kecia who I called (Kay) which is her nick name... by a close friend. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I found Kay to be pleasant and very professional, she was also thorough and attentative to my questions and concerns. Hello Wanda, the value of a home is determined by a combination of the current market trend, uprades are also taken into consideration in addition to the ftg of the home and lot size, a realtor would definitely need to assess what the appraiser may have used as comparables for your home to be valued 100k less then another home... we have to look at what has actually sold in the last 6 months to possibly a year if nothing has sold in the last 6 months. if you give the information regarding your home and the home that has the same specs we may be able to see what is the reason for the eval, 100k less is quite a big difference.

Hi Lillie, it depends if there is an RE agent or company that is marketing the property for the bank and they should be able to provide you with a good idea of how long it normally takes, however if you are unable to contact a live person because you have been required to place an offer via a website, from my experience it can take up to over a week and then they may get back to you via email regarding multiple offer notification, giving you an opportunity to change or keep your current offer, to answer your question regarding if you are allowed to see inside the home yes you will need to contact a Realtor and they will be able to assess what the availability for accessing the home is, the photos may not be provided upfront if it is a shortsale or foreclosure you may only see 1 photo shown the best option is to visit the home in person by having a Realtor gain access and show... hope this information helps. Hello Nika, The best way to achieve getting full details regarding a home that is up for sale is to utilize the services of a Realtor, who can then provide you with information such as what may be required as far as prequalifying, gaining access to the property or how much earnest money you should offer what the homes go for in that particular neighborhood, in order to help you determine what to offer, the size of the lot, also requesting sellers disclosure, so if there are any known issues your realtor will be sure to advise you upfront even prior to inspection, along with much more... good luck with your search

Here In GA I have yet to come across a lender that will allow a persons income to be considered for a mortgage loan without them having to be qualified for that loan, they must show dti (debt to income ratio approvable)along with passing certain guidelines whether it be FHA guidelines or Fannie Mae and part of those guidelines or to have the ability to be credit worthy .. you will need to contact a lender who can give you concise details regarding this.
