Why Live in Alcoa

Communities like Eagleton are peppered with a balance of earlier and later houses. Ranch-style homes in the city center sit closer to the street but have larger backyards. Condos and townhomes are also available in Alcoa but are not as common on the market. The city’s median home value of about $315,000 places homes under the national median home value.
