Why Live in Corinth
Proximity to Dallas and Denton makes the North Metroplex city of Corinth popular with commuters. But family-friendly amenities, like over 150 acres of parkland, plus nearby attractions like Lewisville Lake add to its appeal. "It's a place where you can really get involved with the community. There's a lot of green space up there and a lot of room for kids' sports," says Marlin Edwards, a Realtor with RE/MAX Premier.
Home to about 23,000 residents, the city has seen a population and development boom. "There's been a lot of growth here in Corinth," says Bryan Edwards, a Realtor with eXp Realty. "But it's still a peaceful area where people like to take the boat out or go fishing on a quiet morning."
Corinth is about 35 miles from downtown Dallas and less than 10 miles from Denton, where major employers include the University of North Texas, Peterbilt Motors Company and Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Denton.
