Meadow Creek is attractive because it’s mostly stick-built homes, and it is the biggest HOA community in Bishop. That’s where you’ll find the newer construction. Homes built in the 1990s are considered new construction in Bishop because the land is not open to development.” Due to this lack of available land, residents enjoy undisturbed views of the mountains and plains surrounding their valley.
