Geary hosts the annual Tri-County Fair and Livestock Show in September, featuring a carnival, parade, and cake auction. The police department underwent restructuring in October 2024 and is now fully staffed. Geary is in Tornado Alley, so homebuyers should consider properties with storm shelters or basements.
