Since then, job opportunities and a highly ranked school system have given Hilliard the same steady growth as its neighbors. The median price for homes is in the low $400,000s, higher than the Columbus median in the high $200,000s and comparable to the national median price in the low $400,000s. "We're seeing a really strong demand for single-family housing and a market that is only constrained by supply," says Dan Ralley, Hilliard's assistant city manager.
