Sixteen miles northwest of The Strip in Las Vegas, Painted Desert is a master-planned golf community offering a diverse range of homes centered around the Painted Desert Golf Club. “It’s a guard-gated golf community that’s been here for over 30 years; it’s very established,” says David Lee, owner of Painted Desert Realty, who has over 20 years of local experience.
