Brick and stone houses on golf course lots
Brick and stone ranch homes with Spanish tile roofs sit on small lots surrounded by scattered trees. As the golf course comes into view, more craftsman and two-story new traditional builds appear in communities like Bel-Aire Estates, where luxurious and spacious homes on wide lots feature cathedral windows overlooking expert landscaping. Craftsman builds and split-level homes are tucked in neat rows in developments like Summit Park, where prices are more likely to stay below $700,000. Potential homeowners may be able to find a three-bedroom brick ranch-style home for $450,000 or a five-bedroom stone craftsman home for upwards of $1.1 million. Townhouses make up over 30% of the housing stock in Meadow Hills. Homes stay on the market for about 29 days, compared to a national average of 42 days.

Bike, hike or swim at Creek State Park
Once a country club, Meadow Hills Golf Course offers 18 holes on fairways highlighted by mature trees, fast greens and views of the Rocky Mountains. A trip to the course may also include a round at the driving range or playing tennis at the set of four large courts. “There are multiple condo communities there next to Carson Park. That park is quite nice," says Christine Belin, an area local and Broker Associate at Evernest, LLC. "I went over one day and walked around to get photos. Meadow Hills Golf Course is a big draw to the area. It’s in close proximity to a lot of stuff, and it’s near I-25 but offset, so it’s accessible... and of course there's Cherry Creek State Park.” Visitors of Carson Park can stroll along the paved path, which partitions two small ponds and leads to a sprawling playground, which features a statue of a camel as well as three pyramids reminiscent of those in Giza. “It has a really nice little pond and playset for kids. It’s perfect for walking the dogs, and it’s nice to have a little park there.” Pedestrians can take the crosswalk on South Parker Road to reach the entrance of the 4,000-acre Cherry Creek State Park and Reservoir.
