Just west of Boca Raton, Boca Pointe is an expansive 1,000-acre community that offers some of South Florida’s best amenities. In addition to being a few miles from Boca Raton’s beaches and downtown area, the community is home to The Club at Boca Pointe, a resort-style country club. Boca Pointe residents don’t need to be members of the country club to live in the community, but many members take advantage of the added perks, including a championship golf course and numerous social events. “Living there was one of the best experiences I've had,” says Eric Levy, a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker and former Boca Pointe resident. “The homeowners association really stays on top of things, and the community is always well-maintained.”

Prices vary depending on square footage and location, as some homes with golf course or water views tend to be priced higher. Condos and larger villas are also available. For the most part, though, home prices range between $615,000 and $1.4 million for homes along the golf course or luxury properties, plus fees for the homeowners association. Levy says the housing variety leads to a range of how long houses stay on the market. “Some houses can sit on the market for 100 days, while others are snapped up in just one,” Levy says.
