From midcentury charm to recent construction

Most of the housing stock in Pawtuckett is from the mid-20th century. You’ll find many split-levels and ranch-style homes resting on spacious lots of well over a third of an acre. Development in the 1990s and early 2000s brought Colonial Revivals on smaller lots. There are also tract-style subdivisions of transitional detached homes and townhouses from the 2010s, as well as new construction.
