Stuart Heights-Rivermont offers a unique setting for fans of modern and historic American architecture. With its bluff-top setting overlooking the Tennessee River and downtown Chattanooga, buyers find a neighborhood of 1,300 homes and many home styles. “We’ve got houses for less than $300,000 all the way up to $1 million or more. There are tiny homes and huge homes. Our historic homes are always very prized, too.” says Sarah Ketterer, a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty. “Our buyers are a mix of people too, from young couples and growing families to retirees.” And azaleas can still be found blooming in spring.

Stuart Heights-Rivermont’s location is also hard to beat. “Schools, parks and shopping centers are all just a short distance away,” she continues. “Buyers have everything that they could need within a short drive.”
The average sale price in Stuart Heights-Rivermont over the last 12 months was $632,284. While the average list price is in the mid-500,000s, ranch-style homes have recently sold from about $235,000 to $435,000. French-country style homes with 4,000 square feet have sold from $750,000 to $810,000.

Chattanooga hosts year-round events, including concerts and music festivals. The Riverbend Festival entertains Chattanoogans every June.
