"First-time homeowners can put in sweat equity and know their home will increase in value due to its location, or they can find new move-in ready homes in the active real estate market."

Commuting via Ringgold Road
CARTA bus service does not extend into East Ridge, so residents rely on cars to commute around the greater area.
