Covering 12 acres, Warm Springs Community Park is a neighborhood destination all year. “That’s where all the kids play baseball,” says Debbie Rossetto, a Realtor with Everhome Real Estate and longtime Fremont resident. There are basketball courts, tennis courts and a baseball field with batting cages. A trail winds through the tree-studded park, taking visitors past the Nimbus Sculpture, a 1985 steel artwork representing a cloud.
