Four-bedroom New Traditional-style homes featuring vertical siding, stone detailing and prominent two-car garages can sell for as little as $400,000. Some Colonial Revival-style homes from the 1990s and 2000s featuring brick exteriors and dormer windows on expansive lots can sell for over $500,000, while estate-style homes on multi-acre lots with large, manicured gardens and attached three-car garages can sell for as much as $1 million. Three-bedroom townhomes, built in the 2000s or 2020s on the neighborhood’s south side, also feature attached two-car garages and stone detailing on their exteriors and can sell for around $300,000.

I-40 can also take locals into Winston-Salem and Greensboro, 15 and 19 miles away respectively, while High Point is about 15 miles south.
