Make your mark in Hillsdale Park. In the heart of Greensboro's southwestern corner, Hillsdale Park is a slow-paced, residential community with seamless access to all the city offers.

Properties run small in Hillsdale Park, with very few exceeding a quarter acre. The area itself is pretty woodsy, with tall oaks lining the streets. Filling these properties is a collection of housing from across the 1900s. One common type of house you'll find is a red-brick ranch from the 1960s, often with three bedrooms, 1,500 square feet and a $200,000 price tag. While ranch styles are the most common, split levels also dot the area and are priced closer to the $250,000 price point.

Students in Hillsdale Park attend Guilford County Schools like Peck Elementary School. Peck is just a short drive north and is home to over 260 students with a student-to-teacher ratio of 12-to-1. The following school in line is Jackson Middle School, a mere mile away for most residents in the area. The middle school is a part of the GEAR UP program, which allows students to prepare and gain awareness about high school and post-secondary education. Subsequently, most Hillsdale Park students attend Ben L. Smith High School – home of the Eagles. Smith has a diverse student body, with nearly 1,200 students from over 40 countries. There's something for everyone at Smith, including Olympic Weightlifting and Robotics Club.

Hillsdale Park is surrounded by parks for you to enjoy a day outside. The neighborhood's namesake, Hillsdale Park, is within walking distance for most residents. The park is nearly 50 acres and has ample space for various activities. A highlight is the paved walking trail. Stretching from Urban Drive to Murrayhill Road, the path affords a serene escape for walkers, joggers and bikers alike. While Hillsdale Park features a playground, take the short trip east to Spring Valley Park for another playground option.

Within a mile south of Hillsdale Park is the Four Seasons Town Centre – a haven of retail shopping and local entertainment. The shopping mall features several nationally recognized favorites, including JCPenney, H&M and Dillard's. In the heart of the Four Seasons Town Centre is a traditional food court with a variety of options to choose from. The mall features the Round 1 Bowling and Amusement Center for a round of bowling with friends or family. While bowling is the star of the show, the amusement center features plenty of additional activities, from karaoke and arcade games to ping pong and pool tables. You can also catch a movie at AmStar Cinemas 18 with a bucket of popcorn, where you can lean back and relax on the luxury recliners.

Hillsdale Park sits adjacent to West Gate City Boulevard and the abundance of restaurants the strip has to offer. Enjoy a meal at Sante Fe Mexican Restaurant for an evening out of the house. The restaurant serves up heaping, sizzling fajita plates and enchiladas alongside commonly ordered margaritas. Another nearby spot is Red Crab Juicy Seafood. The restaurant is known for its seafood boil, which offers an assortment of seafood favorites with specialty sauces and spices.

Less than 5 miles from the city's heart, Hillsdale Park offers a suburban feel with the excitement of a metropolitan zip code.
