Maximize the convenient location

Paradise Valley East is highly sought after due to its proximity to The Strip, Harry Reid International Airport, the University of Las Vegas and Interstate 515. This means residents have access to shopping, dining and entertainment options just minutes from home. This established neighborhood also has a variety of subdivisions and home styles to choose from. “I’ve lived there myself and never had an issue. My neighbors were wonderful. And even though we’re pretty close to The Strip, we’re far enough away that you don’t hear any of the ruckus,” says Zohra Dagar, a local Realtor with Win Win Real Estate. “I guess you could say it’s old Vegas. A lot of the homes in this neighborhood are well taken care of and either still have their original owners or owners who have lived here for years.”
