Silverado Ranch is an established neighborhood. Since many of the homes here are older, the prices are competitive. “You’re gonna get more house for your money. It’s a little bit older–a lot of the homes were built in the 1990s–and the lots are bigger,” Harouni says. Condos and townhouses can sell for between $209,000 and $529,000. When it comes to single-family homes, two- to five-bedroom Spanish Mission and ranch-style dwellings can sell for between $300,000 and $630,000, while mid-sized estates can sell for between $630,000 and $1.5 million. There are also a handful of large estates with five- to 10-bedrooms, which can sell for up to $3.75 million.

Silverado Ranch Park sits on the west end of town and features sports fields, a playground and a skatepark. A new community center is being constructed on the grounds as well.
