I-69 Fall Creek
Unique homes on large lots in I-69 Fall Creek
I-69 Fall Creek is made up of a collection of ungated subdivisions with manicured landscaping, large front yards and a variety of home styles. They typically date from the '60s through the '90s. "They're not like new-build neighborhoods where everything seems the same; there's a little more character that way," Woods says. Low-lying, L-shaped, and raised ranches are located throughout the neighborhood. Tudor homes are also common, alluding to old England with visible wood beams on the front. Two-car garages and sprawling driveways leave ample room for parking. With a median lot size of about a third of an acre, many homes have front and back yards with plenty of room for letting the dog out or hosting a party. Sidewalks are widely available and have plenty of shade from mature trees. Prices start around $150,000 for homes that are around 1,500 square feet. Prices go up to $745,000 for homes above 4,000 square feet.Highly-rated schools in Lawrence Township
