Access to all of Jupiter's amenities without the price tag
The town of Jupiter sprawls along the southeastern coast of Florida, a veritable mecca for those who love being outside. “You’ve got the best golf, the bluest water along our coast, and state parks all around you,” says Rob Thomson, a Managing Partner at Waterfront Properties and Club Communities and Jupiter resident since 1962. “You can’t beat it.” Many of the homes in Jupiter are priced high; massive estates on the water and in tony gated communities costing several million dollars each. But Jupiter isn’t just for the wealthy. Residents in Jupiter Town Hall, a small neighborhood just south of the Loxahatchee River near Route A1A, enjoy moderately priced homes for the area, landscaped lawns and walkable streets while taking advantage of the many spoils the town offers.

A variety of homes available
Homes along the Loxahatchee River offer enviable water views and are priced between $1 million and just over $3 million. These large custom builds often have private docks and slips for quick access to fishing or impressive backyards with pools and hardscaped terraces. Lower-priced two-bedroom townhouses in the $400,000 to $500,000 range offer amenities like community pools and boat slips. Further inland, two- and three-bedroom ranch-style homes are typically priced between $300,000 and $700,000. They often feature two-car garages and backyard screened-in pools and sit on landscaped lawns. The neighborhood also features Fisherman’s Landing, a 55-plus subdivision near the southwest fork of the Loxahatchee River. The two-bedroom ranch-style homes in this residential pocket typically cost between $300,000 and $400,000. Regarding crime, the neighborhood has a CAP Index score of 5 out of 10, one point higher than the national average.
