Other subdivisions are full of larger Colonial Revivals and New Traditional builds, starting in the mid-$400,000s and reaching $1 million to $3 million. Interstates 40 and 140 lead 12 miles to Downtown Knoxville. The closest Knoxville Area Transit bus stops are near the shopping centers off I-40.
