A still-developing golf community in northwestern Macon-Bibb County
Originally developed in 1992, Barrington Hall is a wooded golf course community in northwestern Macon-Bibb County. The quiet suburb is located behind the namesake golf course and continues to be developed today, offering a variety of home sizes and styles. “The average age of homeowners has moved higher over time, and Barrington Hall now has significantly more homes without children than with,” says Steve Elliott, president of the Barrington Hall Neighborhood Association. “We have a semi-private golf course that runs throughout the development, which has an excellent restaurant that attracts many customers from outside the neighborhood.”
