Walnut Creek Valley has all the conveniences of a well-rounded suburban community – shopping, restaurants, recreation – and surrounding communities in the Metroplex are noticing. “I do think it’s on the rise and people are definitely still moving there,” says Becky Hearne, a Realtor with the RE/MAX Pinnacle Group. “They still have a lot of room for growth in the Mansfield area.” The neighborhood includes the eastern portion of the suburban city of Mansfield and just the southernmost part of Arlington. “Mansfield has 80,000 people, and within five years, they are projecting that to be 100,000,” says Angie Thor, a Realtor with Coldwell Banker APEX Realtors and a community resident. “There’s a ton of development going on in our community. FC Dallas is building an athletic complex. There is also a movie studio breaking ground.”
