According to Harris, the neighborhood offers large lots, ranging from 1 to more than 10 acres. The price range is about $250,000 to around $675,000, though some higher priced properties can approach $1 million. Those properties, typically, are on larger lots with bedrooms and square footage exceeding the neighborhood norms.

Retail favorites along Winchester Road
Most of the county’s shopping happens along Winchester Road, where big box department stores and chain restaurants line the street running east and west. The selection includes Lowe’s, Burlington, Starbucks and more. Residents have plenty of grocery options, with supermarkets including Costco, Kroger, Sam’s Club and Walmart clustered within 1 mile of each other.
