Mesa's most exclusive subdivision
Fraser Fields was once described as “Mesa’s Most Exclusive Subdivision” when homes were first advertised in 1947 and continues to be an outlier in the area, as one of the few historic districts in Mesa. The plot of land that would eventually be Fraser Fields was bought at the turn of the 20th century for $80 and a mare, and then was sold again in 1946. The community was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2010 and is known for its classic-looking homes that sit on oversized lots.
