Mid-century modern homes in a well-located Omaha neighborhood
“Harvey Oaks is a classic example of a late 20th-century, family-centered neighborhood,” says Andrew Woods, Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services/ Ambassador Real Estate. ”But what growing families desired in the '70s and '80s is just as in demand today.” Larger homes, big yards, a tight-knit community, and proximity to great schools are exactly what you’ll find in Harvey Oaks. Prices are competitive, downtown Omaha is about 20 minutes away, and there’s plenty of great dining and shopping practically around the corner.
Developed between 1970 and 2000, Harvey Oaks is home to about 4,000 residents. Home styles include two-story raised ranch and ranch-style homes, plus Colonial Revivals and contemporary split-levels.
