Buyers find a mix of ranches, bungalows and condo communities

The neighborhood is a collection of small subdivisions that are filled with late 20th-century ranches, bungalows and new traditionals, costing between $350,000 and $500,000. Homes sit on tidy, woodsy lots and many have enough backyard space for a swimming pool or Florida room. These homes have classic Mediterranean-inspired details with curved arches, tiled roofs and stucco walls.
