One of Tampa’s highest-ranked suburbs is just 22 miles north of downtown
Pebble Creek Village is located northeast of downtown and ranked the second-best suburb in the Tampa area on Niche. Living in Pebble Creek Village brings retail and restaurants galore in multiple shopping centers, well-rated public schools and multiple recreation spots. “It’s an older, more established neighborhood that carries single-family homes and villas,” says Realtor Shannon Adkins, who works with Fine Properties and has seven years of experience in Tampa. “The area appeals to all aspects of home ownership, from first-timers to retirees and everything in between.”

Mediterranean homes with low HOA fees and no CDD
Pebble Creek Village is composed of single-family houses and manicured yards in cul-de-sacs lined with sidewalks shaded by groomed trees. The architecture includes Mediterranean and contemporary homes in muted coastal colors. As a planned community, the neighborhood has a homeowners association (HOA) that keeps the community well-organized at a reasonable price point. “Not having a Community Development District (CDD) and a low HOA is enticing for people. High CDDs are common in Tampa,” Adkins says. Sales prices range from $350,000 to $400,000 for homes under 2,000 square feet and can exceed $600,000 for larger properties.
