Williamson Valley Road is a collection of subdivisions about 10 miles from Prescott. The area is named for the 70-mile Williams Valley Road, which winds through the desert from Prescott to Seligman. The area lends itself to privacy, and properties tend to be larger and more expensive than in Prescott. “You want to have more land and less people around,” says Rose Gown, a Realtor with Keller Williams Arizona Realty. “Some of those subdivisions, you’re talking money out there.”
