Older homes in good condition
Hickory Ridge homes were built in the 1960s and '70s, reflecting the popular styles of those years. Modern ranch-style homes and split-levels characterize the community’s architectural landscape, and many homes sell with fully updated interiors. But homes don’t have to be updated to be in good condition, Tajnai says. “They’re older, but they’re all in good condition,” Tajnai says. Prices range from $170,000 to $300,000, with fully renovated homes selling for higher prices. The median home price is $269,000, up 8% from the previous year.
