Arlington South’s ranch houses tend to have ample yard space perfect for lawn games, family cookouts or vegetable gardens. Properties with the most privacy can be found in the southwestern portion of the neighborhood, shielded by gates and leafy trees. Students may attend schools in the Riverside Unified School District. The only school within the bounds of the neighborhood is Harrison Elementary, rated B on Niche. Chemawa Middle School, rated B-minus and Arlington High School, rated B, are just a few streets away. Arlington High, home to nearly 2000 students, offers dual enrollment classes through Riverside Community College. For a faith-based option, Bethel Christian Schools, rated B-minus, teach kindergarten through Grade 12. Cyclists can find a bike lane on Victoria Avenue, a long road that stretches across several neighborhoods south of Route 91. For peace of mind, Parkview Community Hospital Medical Center is less than 2 miles away, and for longer trips out of town, Ontario International Airport is about 24 miles away.
