Classic community and urban amenities
Prior to 1903, Minikahda Vista was a plot of land owned by Chrisopher Hanke, a prominent farmer. After his passing, his children inherited the land, which was gradually transformed over time into a residential space. Now, Minikahda Vista is bordered by some of the most desirable neighborhoods in St. Louis Park, with houses ranging from $350,000 to over $1.5 million for newly constructed properties. Cole Hooey, a Realtor and local resident of Richfield, Minnesota, describes Minikahda as a "cool little nook in the St. Louis Park area; people who buy here tend to stay here for a while." The neighborhood is also home to Minikahda Vista Park, a popular area for residents to commune at, and the Minikahda Country Club. Residents here enjoy access to urban amenities while residing in a close-knit suburban neighborhood.
