Jose Samano, a real estate agent with Real Brokerage Technologies, notes that the location is one of the area’s biggest appeals, as residents can quickly get to jobs or go shopping. The neighborhood is also fairly walkable, and while that's true for Santa Ana, as a whole, most residents still get around by car. “This part of the city starts to blend in with Garden Grove since it’s so close,” says Kevin Le, Realtor at Triumph Real Estate Solutions. "Its vibe varies from the rest of the city.” Garden Grove borders Riverview West, with its city center just 2 miles to the north. CA-22 also runs just a few blocks north of the neighborhood, providing a route to nearby locations like Westminster, 5 miles west, Anaheim, 7 miles north, or Huntington Beach, 10 miles south. Interstate 405 is also within a few miles of Riverview West, providing the 35-mile path to Los Angeles, home of the closest major international airport. Residents head 8 miles south to the John Wayne Airport for domestic or North American travel.

It’s pure Americana. You can picture your kids riding their bikes on the sidewalk.” Single-family homes are generally Modern Traditional or ranch-styles, selling from $690,000 to $1.2 million. “Generally speaking, it’s more economic than some other Santa Ana or Garden Grove neighborhoods,” says Samano. “You get more bang for your buck, and you get a bigger house and lot.”
