Alderwood Manor is a small, suburban community where streets dead-end in quiet cul-de-sacs, and evergreen treetops dot the horizon. Located just 20 miles north of Seattle, it’s known for its proximity to Alderwood Mall, one of the largest and busiest shopping destinations in the area. The community, which is unincorporated, sits at the southwestern edge of Lynnwood, a small city with plenty of community parks, suburban homes and a handful of shops, a diverse array of restaurants and several grocery stores. “It’s a growing area. There are a lot of people relocating here for jobs at Microsoft or Boeing.
