The whirlpool bathtub on second floor does not work so it is just a normal tub/shower. The area around the house is actually pretty good. This property went under contract and has since been put back on the market at a higher price. The previous "under contract" was subject to a VA Inspection which got very expensive. The owner tried to satisfy the repair requirements but ultimately could not do so in a timely manner, so the buyer backed out. The big expenses were $5100 to Dunrite Plumbing to repair 6 feet of sewer pipe, $1395 to A to Z Radon to get a 1.3 average rating on Radon, and $2500 to paint the structures plus other expenses. Thus, the price went up to compensate the owner for a house that is in fantastic condition for a house of this vintage.
