This historic yet modernly renovated condo provides the ultimate home-away-from-home experience with unmatched hospitality. Relax with comfortable beds, blackout curtains, a relaxing couch, high-speed Wi-Fi, and Hulu + Live TV channels. The first-floor condo has large double-hung windows that let in an abundance of light in all the rooms. Additionally, the original refinished hardwoods, bathroom tile, graceful arched doorways, and two-panel doors provide the charm so often absent in new construction. The spacious living room features a large, upholstered sofa, which pulls out into an additional bed, and a flatscreen television with streaming and Live TV. The kitchen features a gourmet gas range, a convection oven, a refrigerator with an ice maker, a dishwasher, and a stackable washer and dryer. Granite countertops complete the kitchen, which comes fully equipped with essentials such as measuring cups, spoons, mixing bowls, roasting pans, and a garlic press. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats four with all the place settings. The screen porch area is perfect for sitting and drinking some morning coffee or tea. A desk and ultra-fast Wi-Fi enable business travelers to stay plugged into their busy schedules. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed with a television and a generous closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a flatscreen television. The twin beds can be pushed together to create one king-sized bed. Furnishings may vary slightly from photographs as they are periodically updated. The bathroom is spotless and features plush towels. Included in the amenity package are a starter supply of Nest bath products as well as detergents. The building has a shared patio that includes a grill, tables, and chairs, perfect for a cookout while enjoying the beautiful scenery.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $59 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, an additional fee will be charged. Single beds can be joined into a king-sized bed for a one-time $50 fee. A workstation with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse is available for rent for $10.00 per day. A pack n’ play and/or highchair can be requested for use with at least a 24-hour advance notice.

The entire condo is yours and is accessible via a digital lock or lock box to allow convenient 24-7 self-check-in. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. The property has a zero tolerance for parties, unruly behavior, loud music, disrespectful or unlawful activities. Violations will warrant forfeit of the entire reservation and may incur additional fees. Smoking any substance is strictly prohibited on the premises and may result in a $500 penalty. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation, and this rule is strictly enforced. There are eight residences in the building, all offering the privacy and seclusion of one of Charlotte's premier streets. To ensure the safety and well-being of guests, ID verification and background screening are required upon booking.
