The kitchen includes a gourmet gas range, convection oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and stackable washer and dryer. Granite countertops complete the kitchen, which comes fully equipped with essentials such as measuring cups, spoons, mixing bowls, roasting pans, and a garlic press. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in reservation cancellation without a refund. Trash must be bagged and placed in bins, with a $100 charge for excessive trash removal. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay.
