This incredibly safe community provides an ideal place for walking or jogging, and you are just a short stroll to multiple coffee shops and restaurants. Within a half mile walking distance are more than 40 locally owned restaurants (Thai, Italian, French and Mexican), as well as Starbucks, Panera and Old Pancake House. Favorite full-service spots include Stagioni (Italian), RuRu’s (casual Mexican) and Napa on Providence. Uber and Lyft are also convenient options, and many bikeshare companies offer inexpensive bikes and scooters.
Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation, and this rule is strictly enforced. Smoking is prohibited. If any signs of smoking are found, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, the reservation will be canceled, you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Trash must be bagged and placed in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets are permitted at this home. You must notify us if you plan to bring a pet to the home and will be charged a non-refundable fee. You will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard.
