2 of the 3 bedrooms are available, with a shared full bathroom between two bedrooms has a 48”spacious vanity and plenty of closet space .

There is also a 1/2 bath bathroom.

One bedrooms is furnished with a 12-inch thick double mattress featuring cooling gel memory foam with pocketed coils. The mattress has a medium firmness and is certified by
CertiPur-us for pressure relief and motion isolation. It includes a headboard, nightstand, dresser, fire TV, all bedding, room darkening drapes, faux wood blinds, and a walk-in closet.

Second bedroom is partially furnished with a nightstand, dresser, and mirror, and includes a spacious 7’ closet with ClosetMaid adjustable shelving. The room does not currently include a bed, so guests can bring their own preferred mattress; it accommodates a twin or full/double bed. A bed can also be provided upon request.

The shared kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you need to make your new place move-in ready. It includes pots, pans, dinnerware, silverware, toaster, coffee bar coffee maker, Kurig coffee maker, tea pot, air fryer crockpot, pots, pans, baking equipment, cups, bowls, glasses, vacuum cleaner, hot/cold water dispenser, air purifier, ice maker kitchen table, chairs, bar stools smart tv. Dedicated cabinet & walk-in pantry for each
tenent/guest,& new vinyl plank flooring.

Shared extra large washer and dryer on main floor.
