I have used Aaron Cherry twice recently to sell homes. He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient both times, doing everything that was necessary for me to get a quick sales at high prices, well over previous sale prices in both neighborhoods. Aaron took excellent pictures and wrote very effective descriptions. He patiently answered all of my questions and performed every task, including responding to me, in a timely manner. My wife and I recently sold our home with Aaron. He was great to work with and very professional. He was very helpful in getting our home prepared for sale and able to secure use a buyer quickly. The weekly calls were fantastic and kept us informed every step of the way. Also, when the buyer’s home inspector found suspected issues Aaron was extremely quick to schedules further inspections and repairs. I cannot recommend him enough.

Aaron Cherry was a key part of helping us complete the renovation and then listing and selling of the house. Months before its completion Aaron was instrumental in sharing his knowledge of the market and the specific niche that our property would appeal to. This was important so that we didn't over nor under renovate. At the time of listing once again his intimate knowledge of how the market had changed allowed us to obtain a sale price higher than I had expected and this more than paid for the Realtor sales commission he earned and deserved. I highly recommend him.

We started our home search from 1,000 miles away, and Aaron was extremely obliging and helpful by creating tour videos of any home we were interested in seeing. Aaron Cherry is the guy for you. My husband and I are very happy with our land purchase and we know that Aaron was the key to our success as buyers.
