If selling i get the price i want and more importantly when buying a property he knows about most of the properties before they are even listed . That is huge in the lakes area. However the person who sets remax apart is Beth. I would like to say that Aaron Jones went far above and beyond what is expected out of a realtor. This was a long distance sale (we were selling my Dad's home due to health reasons) Aaron met with us there on a Saturday which he wouldn't have had to do. He recommended visual and small maintenance things that would help the house sell. He recommended and got a plumber in there to winterize the home when we were already home. He went and bought a battery to get my Dad's car going to get it off of the property and store it at his place until we are able to get it. He was also VERY quick about getting back to us whether it was email or phone calls. He sold the place in a matter of days.
