Prior to joining Compass, Aaron held marketing and design positions at top new development marketing and sales firms in New York City. During his time, he was an integral part of the launch and sell out of numerous condominium projects throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Raised by a family of entrepreneurs dedicated to helping others, Aaron spent his life developing his customer service skills- from working in restaurants as a teenager to house management roles in world-renowned performance venues. A native of Mahopac, New York, he currently lives in Riverdale, one of his favorite areas of the city. Aaron holds a Master of Arts in entrepreneurship from Purchase College and is currently a student in Quantic's highly selective Executive MBA program. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, fine art, theater, and exploring the Bronx with his husband and wheaten terrier, Winnie.
