About Aaron

Aaron was born and raised in Alaska and after serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, came to Portland to visit in 1999 and ended up staying. His interest in real estate began shortly after and he got my real estate license in 2003. At first his focus was on residential real estate, and he worked with some of the biggest names in Portland real estate. Thanks to his mentors, role-models, and determination, Aaron was able to hone his skills in negotiations and home marketing that not only stood the test of time but thrived when the market crashed in 2008. Throughout his career he had the opportunity to specialize in different areas of expertise and was successful in a wide array of niches. This included but was not limited to home / condo re-sales, new construction, land development, foreclosures, bank owned homes, business sales, commercial buildings, mixed-use, and multi-family properties. He made education important throughout his career, focusing on career advancement, continued education and expert training all to expand his skill set as a real estate professional. One of Aaron’s proudest moments was when he received his Principal Broker’s license in 2008. Today, he holds more designations and certifications than most Realtors.
