The major difference of Aaron Marsh from other real estate professionals is that through his detailed care and work, he gives you the confidence that he is the one that you can always rely on and trust. He helped us buy a home later last year (2011). We liked the home but the seller was extremely difficult to deal with. But with Aaron's excellant real estate knowledge, process expertise and diplomatic negotiation kills, several crises got smoothed out. The house was settled as expected. We have worked with a few real estate professionals before. Aaron Marsh is the one we plan to go to from this point on.
