Fantastic! Aaron is awesome, stuck with me for years trying to find me the right home… and did. They hooked me up with a lender with better rates than I had been shopping for. Very knowledgeable, informative, professional, and patient. The whole team was fantastic and if I ever need assistance in Purchasing or selling a home again, I will contact them first. Attentive and knowledgeable . We were lucky enough to have Aaron give us a tour around town when interviewing for a new job. He reached out beforehand to know what kind of properties we’d be interested in so he could show us neighborhoods and areas of town we might like to see. It was super helpful when making a decision on the job and picturing our family in a new place. After accepting to job we reached out to Aaron to help us actually find a house and he is the best agent we’ve ever worked with. He is knowledgeable about the area, the market, and gave us lots of tips and advice whenever we asked for help- even on random topics. He and his team went above and beyond for us and even helped us get our dream home when we thought that wouldn’t be a possibility yet. When you decide to move from one state to another, from one home to another, and you know very little about your new location, it helps to be able to reach out to a friend who has your back through the whole process, who checks that your door is locked when you are away from your new home, who works with the lenders to cover all your bases and cares. We loved working with him so much that we bought another beautiful home with him just recently in 2024. Absolutely Wonderful!! Aaron was truly exceptional! My partner, Bo and I initially met him via phone after we had requested to see a home on Zillow in Burley. I was impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of data that he had about the market. It was a no-brainer for us to work with him since we were set on buying in the Burley area and I’m so thankful we did! We were first time home buyers and he was able to walk us through every step of the process. He was super kind, knowledgeable and mindful!
Aaron took Bo and I to view five houses and we found what we were looking for on our first day! His responsiveness was incredible through it all - really though he was keeping us in order and making sure we were completing each step. Which again for us was extremely helpful for new home buyers.
Aaron highlighted the concerns and straight forward points into buying an older home while also making sure progress was being made on the home. He continuously stayed on top of communication through every step.
From the day we put the offer in to the day we signed the papers it felt like a long 33-34 days but in reality we got to move in super quick! Aaron still to this day keeps in touch with us - he does follow ups and sends information we may need and makes us feel like our needs are first priority from the beginning to even after buying our home! We are extremely blessed to have him apart of our first home purchase, we truly believe it was meant to be!!

We had so many houses we wanted to see and Aaron was a rational and knowledgeable voice who helped us narrow down the list and refine our search.

Time and time again, he helped us understand all our options so we could make informed decisions without judgment from him either way. He patiently listened to understand our situation and questions as much as he could. We felt like we understood everything we were signing/agreeing to.
He also helped us get a great deal! We're very happy with our house and the price we got it for.

I know this isn't relevant to everyone, but he was flexible helping me as a stay at home mom. I was constantly interrupted by my toddler during phone calls, and he was patient and flexible with me and my kiddo. He even helped entertain my daughter during signing since we came from out of town and didn't have a babysitter- so above and beyond!

He also has a great support team. The Jeremy Orton Real Estate Group is fantastic, as well as Keller Williams Realty(The brokerage firm I think?). Once, when we wanted to see a house last-minute, Aaron found an agent from a competing agency who could show us the house before we left town. The other agent had great stuff to say about the Jeremy Orton Group, which warmed my heart.
Seriously, everyone we interacted with with was kind and professional.

I think I found a gem in the real-estate world. I hope Aaron's still working in the area if/when we sell.

P.s. We even got a beautiful gift basket from the team.
