We recently bought our home with Austin as our realtor, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

One thing that really stood out was how available and responsive he always was. There were multiple times we would send him a house in the middle of the day, and somehow by 3 or 4 PM he already had a showing scheduled for us. It never felt like we were “waiting around” during this process.

We also definitely put him to work 😅 — he showed us so many houses, submitted multiple offers for us, and never once acted frustrated or like we were taking up too much of his time. Even when he was balancing classes and a busy schedule, he still made everything happen quickly and smoothly.

As first-time buyers, the process could have easily felt overwhelming, but Austin helped simplify everything for us. He connected us with the right mortgage person, stayed on top of documents and timelines, answered all our questions, and really guided us through every step.

We first met Austin around a year and a half ago, and at the time he honestly looked so young that we assumed he might be newer to the field. Since then, it’s been amazing seeing how resourceful, driven, and knowledgeable he is. He’s professional, hardworking, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about helping people find the right home.

You can tell he truly cares about helping people, not just closing a deal. We’re really grateful for all the effort he put in for us, and we’d absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

P.S - We loved the personalized house warming gifts he got us.

Taylor Hug was a fantastic partner and resource as our agent to find a home in the Madison area. As first-time home-buyers, we were thankful for Taylor's willingness to answer our many questions, always a quick text or call away. At the same time, she wasn't pushy (in terms of signing agreements locking us into a partnership) and let us lead the way on that front. We leaned on her expertise of the market and offer strategies when crafting an offer, which ultimately led to it being accepted. Taylor also was a huge help in coordinating quotes for inspection items after our offer was accepted to ensure we had leverage to negotiate defects found in the inspection. I would highly recommend working with Taylor, we had a great experience with her and found our home quickly!
