She achieves this by capitalizing on her naturally caring and compassionate personality to learn about them and their story in order to understand how to best advocate for their needs. The most important thing about this entire process is that they feel comfortable with her. Without that innate sense of trust and comfort, then they can’t function as an effective team. Establishing compatibility between them is key; They need to know, without a doubt, that she is solely focused on doing what it takes to help them achieve their real estate goals.
