About Abby

Abby Scheer was born and raised in the real estate world. She obtained her Real Estate license when she was eighteen and then went on to get her Brokers License and GRI soon thereafter. Her parents are realtors, she married a realtor, Steven Scheer, and now, she is raising a realtor, Samantha Scheer. Abby found success selling homes but found her niche renting homes. She saw a need not only with the Monmouth University (her alma mater) students looking to live off campus, but with her clients to whom she sold summer homes. The business became personal when Abby discovered she could earn a living by helping people. She especially experienced this when she was able to place many groups in empty summer homes after Sandy.
